1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
• No signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

Non-returnable items include:

• Final sale & clearance items
• Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or special-order products

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Provide the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to arrange an exchange for eligible items (subject to availability).

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except defective/incorrect items)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First check your bank or PayPal account
• Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary)
