1. Orders
1.1 How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired item, choose size and color, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
1.2 Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
1.3 I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation.

2.1 How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 5–10 business days
- US: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 6–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
2.2 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update.
2.3 What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or weather conditions. If your order shows no movement for several days, please contact us — we can help follow up with the carrier.
2.4 What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
First check with neighbors or your local courier. If still not found, reach out to us — we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
3.2 How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
3.3 Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.4 When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

4.1 How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you need help choosing the right fit, contact us and we will assist you personally.
4.2 Will there be color differences?
Slight variations may occur due to lighting and monitor display settings. We aim to keep product photos as accurate as possible.

5.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payments available at checkout.
5.2 Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
